What is this?

This is a fanmade advent calendar, that brings you on a journey through Middleearth in Minecraft.

Each day tells another part of the story of a Hobbit (from the Bolger family), who stumbled upon a strange artifact while hiking and now is caught up in all sorts of trouble through it. The story is intended to be followed along on the amazing Ardacraft Server and showcases some of my personal favourite locations on the server through photo-hunts.

This was initially created as a present for some people who are dear to my heart, but I thought i'd share it, so maybe you can have a great time with it too.

Disclaimer

While the story tries to not conflict with any official LotR lore, it should very much be seen as a fanfiction, and makes some creative choices in order to accomodate the advent calendar theme and tell a cute little story. Distances and travel-times are not realistic at all, and other parts of the story may also be rather implausible, be kind, just enjoy this, we are all having fun here.

I am not affiliated with Ardacraft, this is merely the work of a fan. The quality or lore-accuracy of the story is in no way indicative of the incredible that is going on on the Ardacraft Server.
